12 MAY 2015 ( Tue. ) - 19:30 - 21:30 - BRIEFING LECTURE FOR THE EVENT AT CITY UNIVERSITY OF HONG KONG

17 MAY 2015 ( Sun. ) [ 24 MAY 2015 ( Sun. ) as Spare Day ] 12:00 - 18:00 - Sai Kung:

09:00 - 12:00
All the officers, staff, volunteers and green youth ambassadors are towards to the starting point of the event to report for preparation

12:00 - 13:00
All the participants are towards to the starting point of the event

13:00 - 14:00
Simply opening ceremony

14:00 - 15:00
The presentation, and the guest teams, enterprise teams, student teams and family teams start to pick up at starting point

15:00 - 17:30
Ecological tour guide and trees planting and conservation works at the designated route and site

Participants return to end point, acknowledgement to all comers and notices emission , media interviews and necessities already provided for all participants

From April 2010 to April 2013 - "International Million Trees Project" Trees Planting Events, held around the cities in the Asian region (Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan / Mainland China / Tokyo / Seoul / Singapore / Malaysia / Sydney, Australia, and Queensland, etc.)

- 6th June 2015 - 14：00 - 18：30 - Revisiting trees planting site (Sai Kung) with volunteers and green youth ambassadors ( World Environment Week of United Nations )


- Education and green promotion workshops and courses ( from June to next year February )

- Green Youth Ambassador educational programmes on reforestation affairs ( Whole year )

- Ecological restoration and reforestation scheme / Trees Planting and Conservation Workshops 2008-2015 - by HKGNU, CIMTPN-HK & I CARE

- May 2015 - May 2020 - Designate the volunteer groups back to the reforestation site to execute the conservation and educartion works

- Jun-Dec 2015 - Set up a resource centre

- Oct-Nov 2015 - Set up an area of "Garden of Heart" inside the reforestation area

- July 2015 - Anti-desertification works in Central America

- Oct-Dec 2015 - International flower and trees exhibition (Macau) - international million trees ( forest ) project and network
