為加強植林及林木護理對環境所作出的貢獻與教育推廣，暨在一班教育工作者再次倡導和政府的支持下，故現於2019年繼續推行 "2019-2020年度生態復育原生樹木植林計劃 - 植林及護理工作坊"，藉此達到教學目的之餘，亦實踐環境的存護。詳情請見下:
Pour améliorer le reboisement et la maintenance d'arbres à l'environnement de faire des contributions puis des promotions et pédagogies en soutenant à nouveau par un groupe d'éducateurs et du gouvernement, donc notre comité a exécuté sans arrêt "le programme de l'atelier de reboisement et de conservation pour la restauration d'écologie entre l'année de 2019-20", ainsi atteindre la conservation d'enseignement, mais aussi pratiquer la conservation d'environnement. In order to strengthen the contribution of the reforestation and the trees conservation, plus the educational outreach on the environment, in addition with the continuous support of a group of educators and of the government, hence our Hong Kong regional committee decided to continue the "Trees Planting / Forestation and Conservation Workshop programme" in the year of 2019-20 thereby reach more educational purposes, but also can practise the environmental conservation. (1). 每節活動(工作坊)已包括樹苗及肥料，工具，場地，教學材料，講師，植林區安排，醫療急救設備及人員，紀念品及證書等 (樹苗品種)
Chaque session d'atelier, il y a compris des outils nécessaires, comme engrais, outils de reboisement, venue, matériaux pédagogiques, instructeurs, arrangement des lieux de reboisement, personnes de premiers-soins, souvenirs et certificats et cetera.
Each session of workshop, there are including the necessary stuff, namely the planting tools, fertilizers, planting sites, educational materials, instructors, arrangement of planting site, medical services, souvenirs and certificates etc.

(2). 一些基本的工具如小型花鏟，手套，防蚊用品等可自備 [如需在保育區購買亦可，新小型花鏟HK$25，新手套HK$3@對，其他用品]
Quelques outils comme pot de fleurs, gants, fournitures de moustiques et cetera, peuvent-être fournis par les participants leurs-mêmes.
Some tools like flower pot, glove, mosquito prevention supplies etc, can be prepared by the participants themselves.

(3). 為保護自然生態，每次活動(工作坊)的人數上限為16人。如人數超過16者，可考慮分別申請兩節或以上的活動(工作坊)。
Chaque session de l'atelier, le numéro maximum de participants est 16 personnes, si vous avez plus de 16 personnes, vous êtes conseillés d'appliquer deux or de plus sessions d'atelier.
The max. participant for each session of workshop is 16 persons, if your group exceeds 16 persons, you are invited to apply for two or more sessions of workshop.

(4). 各申請者須於活動(工作坊)進行一星期前提交活動(工作坊)最低籌款額的至少一半 (捐款辦法)。
Toutes les parties participées doivent soumettre au moins de la moitié du don minimum de l'atelier, une semaine avant l'atelier de reboisement et de conservation commence.
All participated parties should submit at least half of its min. donation of the workshop, one week before the trees planting and conservation workshop starts.

(5). 任何額外申請或作出任何更改的期限為活動日期之一星期前。
Toutes les applications ou les changements supplémentaires doivent être mentionnées au moins d'une semaine avant l'atelier commence.
All extra applications and amendments should be submitted at least one week before the trees planting and conservation workshop starts.

(6). 參與團體在植樹活動以外可加插另外的生態導賞活動 (須另費用) 。
Toutes les parties participées peuvent ajouter d'activité du guide écologique hors de l'atelier de reboisement et de conservation, mais il faut payer séparément.
All participated parties can add the ecological guided tour apart from the original trees planting and conservation workshop, but it has to extra pay.

(7). 參與團體請自行為參與者購買保險(如有需要)。
Toutes les parties participées sont conseillées d'acheter une assurance de pointe pour votre groupe et les participants.
All participated parties are advised to purchase an advanced insurance for your group and participants.

(8). 各參與之學校，團體或公司於活動後可獲頒發嘉許證書或感謝狀乙張。
Toutes les parties participées sont délivrées un certificat après avoir exécuté l'atelier de reboisement et de conservation.
All participated parties will be issued a certificate after each trees planting and conservation workshop.

(9). 若天文臺於活動前兩小時仍懸掛八號颱風訊號或黃色/紅色/黑色暴雨，當天活動則自動取消，原參加之團體/公司可選擇改期或提供HK$150的行政費用取消活動。
S'il y a des typhoons signal n. 8 ou de plus, des tempêtes jaunes / rouges / noires, donc l'atelier de ce jour sera annulé automatiquement, toutes les parties participées peuvent considérer changer la date, ou annuler l'atelier par payer HK$150 comme un frais d'administration.
If there are any typhoon signal no. 8 or above, or yellow / red / black rainstorm is/are hanged, the workshop on that day will be cancelled, all the participated parties can decide to change the date, or cancel the workshop by an HK$150 extra administrative fees accordingly.

(10). 參加者可於保育區內購買花卉樹苗(頻危和珍貴品種除外)及其他天然產品，詳情可向駐場有關職員查詢。
Toutes les parties participées peuvent acheter des fleurs, des herbes aromatiques, ou des produits naturels dans les lieux de reboisement, elles peuvent demander nos personnels responsables.
All participated parties can purchase some flowers, herbs, or natural products in our reforestation sites and offices, details can be required from our in-situ officers and staff.

(11). 參加者亦可於保育區內購買有機農作物，詳情可向駐場有關職員查詢 。
Toutes les parties participées peuvent acheter des produits agricoles organiques, elles peuvent demander nos personnels responsables.
All participated parties can purchase some organic agricultural corps, details can be required from our in-situ officers and staff.

(12). 部份辦公室設有水機，若有攜帶水樽者可自行補充飲用水。
Partiel de nos bureaux sont équipés des machines d'eau minérale, les participants peuvent remplir leur eau potable avec ses bouteilles d'eau.
Some of our offices having the water machines, participants can refill their drinking water with their water bottles.

(13). 所有交通須由參加單位自行負擔費用，除由敝委員會特別註明提供額外車船津貼(只限非牟利團體)。
Toutes les parties participées doivent payer leurs transports par leurs-mêmes, sauf il y a des spécifications spéciaux.
All participated parties should pay for their self transportation themselves, except any special prior specifications.

(14). 凡參與之團體在執行活動(工作坊)之最低籌款額後，可獲敝委員會發出之免稅收據乙張。
Après l'atelier, toutes les parties peuvent être délivrées un reçu libre d'impot.
After the workshop, the participated parties will be issued a tax free receipt.

各參與者注意事項
(如有差異以法文版本為準)

對於參與者的年齡，建議年齡介乎於11-70歲之間。參與團體必須安排其參加者進行分組和及集合，及在準備期及工作期間對組員之安排。

參與團體需要將參加者分成幾個小組，如4-6位參與者為一組，並選出每隊的組長。

建議參與團體為其團隊和參與者購買相關保險。

如參與團體未獲得政府或敝委員會的交通補貼，特別是商業機構，均需要自行解決往返的交通費用，由參與團體或個人負責。

如參與團體希望在植林及護理工作坊以外添加一些生態旅遊活動項目，建議參與團體以在植林及護理工作坊活動至少一星期前提出要求。

食物應由參與團體自行準備。敝委員會只提供飲用水給予需要的參與者。

最低籌款額：非牟利機構/團體 - 每節工作坊 HK$ 4,500（3-4小時）; 商業及牟利機構/團體 - 每節由HK$12,000（3-4小時），視乎參與者人數。每節工作坊參加人數上限為 16 人，而下限則是 8 人。參加人數多於上限數目須分開兩節或以上進行。所有捐款均用於我們進一步的森林保護和教育工作，及在每棵樹在種植後的首五年內進行護理。參與團體可在首次活動後一年內免費自由返回該植林及復育區進行護理活動。

在植林及護理工作坊期間，敝委員會將提供以下工具和物資，以方面活動：
- 種植工具，包括鋤頭，雙頭鋤頭，鶴咀鋤，耙子，花壺，水袋，草剪等。
- 有機肥料
- 樹苗（原生品種），平均每人會獲發大約一棵的樹苗；但最終數目取決於天氣條件，參與者組成部份，時間及進度，植林區條件等因素。
- 講師和醫護人員
- 證書和紀念品，筆記
- 植林及復育區
- 課室（部份地區）
- 儲物室
- 交通津貼（視實際情況和不同的條件）

Notes pour les parties participées

Pour les âges de participants, nous vous conseillons d'inviter les participants âges de 11 à 70.

Vous êtes responsable d'organiser le regroupement et l'assemblage de vos participants, au cours de la période de préparation et d'atelier.

Vous devez diviser votre groupe en équipes, à savoir 4-6 participants comme une équipe, et voter pour un dirigeant de chaque équipe.

Votre groupe est conseillé d'acheter une assurance de pointe pour votre groupe et les participants.

Si les subventions au transport ne sont pas accordées par le gouvernement et notre Comité, en particulier les parties à but lucratif, vous êtes demandé de régler les frais de transport d’aller-retour, par votre groupe ou par des individus.

Si votre groupe souhaite ajouter certaines parties d’activité comme eco-tour pendant / après l'atelier, il est conseillé de demander au moins une semaine avant le jour de l'atelier.

Les aliments doivent être préparés par les parties participées elles-mêmes. Notre comité seulement fournira de l'eau minérale pour les participants à ses besoins.

Min. don: parties à but non lucratif - HK$ 4,500 pour une session de l'atelier (3-4 heures); parties / partenaires commerciaux et lucratifs - HK$ 12,000 pour une session de l'atelier (3-4 heures) en consequence. Nombre max. de participant de chaque session de l’atelier est de 16, et nombre min. de participant de chaque session est de 8; si les participants sont plus de 16, il faut se separer par deux sessions ou plus pour en faire.

Pendant les ateliers, notre Comité fournira les éléments suivants afin de faciliter les activités:
- Des outils de reboisement, y compris des houes, des deux chefs des houes, des râteaux, des pots de fleurs, sacs d'eau, ciseaux et caetera
- Les engrais organiques
- Les jeunes arbres (espèce indigène), ça depend l'état de météo, la composition des participants, les saisons, les conditions des sites de reboisement et caetera
- Les instructeurs et les secouristes (personnes des premiers-soins) de l'atelier
- Certificats et des souvenirs pour la partie participée
- Les notes d’introduction
- Les sites de reboisement
- Les salles de classe (facultatif)
- La zone de stockage des affaires personnelles
- Les subventions au transport (sous réservé de cas réels et des conditions différentes)

Notes for participated parties

For the ages of participant, you are advised to invite the participants aged between 11 – 70.

You are required to arrange the grouping and assembling of your participants, during the preparation and the workshop period.

You are required to divide your group into teams, i.e. 6-8 participants as a team, and vote for a leader of each team.

Your group is advised to purchase an advanced insurance for your group and participants.

If the transportation subsidies are not granted by the government and our committee, especially the profit-making parties, you are required to settle the round-trip transportation overheads, by your group or by the individuals.

If your group would like to add some eco-tour parts during / after the workshop, you are advised to request at least one week before the day of workshop.

Foods should be prepared by the participated parties themselves. Our Committee will only provide drinking water for the participants in needs.

Min. donation: non-profit-making parties – HK$4,500 for a session of workshop (3-4 hours); commercial and profit-making parties – HK$12,000 for a session of workshop (3-4 hours) accordingly.

Max. participant of a session of workshop is 16, and min. participant is 8, if more than 16 participants, two or more sessions of workshop should be applied. All donations will be utilized for the further conservation and education works on our reforestation sites, at least five years after the first tree has been planted. The participated parties could re-visit the reforestation and conservation site free of charge and freely for the conservation works within one year once they have carried out their first trees planting and conservation activity.

During the workshops, our Committee will provide the following items to ease the activities:
- Planting tools, including hoes, dual heads hoes, rakes, flower pots, water bags, scissors, etc.
- Organic fertilizers
- Tree saplings (native species), depends on the weather condition, participant composition, time schedule, reforestation sites condition, etc.
- Instructors and first-aiders for the workshop
- Certificates and souvenirs for the participated party
- Hand-out notes
- Reforestation sites
- Classrooms (optional)
- Storage area of personal belongings
- Transportation subsidies (subject to actual case and different conditions)
