(一). 嘉賓隊: 5-6隊(每隊4人) - 嘉賓名義參與: 政府/企業代表, 大專院校代表及其他名人代表。（註: 嘉賓隊為個別邀請隊伍並不設報名）
(二). 親子/小組隊: 7-8隊(每隊4人) - 親子/小組名義參與: 有興趣之人士, 可結伴良朋或一家上下共同參與。
(三). 社區團體/學校代表隊: 9-10隊(每隊10人) - 組織/非商業團體名義參與: 學校團體, 非牟利組織, 社區中心等均歡迎參與。
(四). 企業代表隊: 9-10隊(每隊10人) - 中心/公司名義參與: 公司企業等均歡迎參與。

參加者毋須付報名費，只須為植樹活動進行最低籌款，金額如下：

(1). L'équipe d'invité: 5-6 équipes ( 4 personnes pour chacune équipe ) - au nom des invités honorables à participer: représentatants gouvernementaux, d'entreprise, institutionnels et autres personnes célèbres. （Remarque: L'équipe des invités sont les invitations séparées et sans applications aux publiques）
(2). L'équipe de famille: 7-8 équipes ( 4 personnes pour chacune équipe ) - au nom des familles, des unités, et des personnes qui sont intéressantes à participer
(3). L'équipe d'organisations sociales et institutionnelles: 9-10 équipes ( 10 personnes pour chacune équipe ) - au nom des organisations de non-commerciales, institutionnelles, sociales et charitables à participer
(4). L'équipe d'entreprise: 9-10 équipes ( 10 personnes pour chacune équipe ) - au nom des entreprises et compagnies à participer

Les participants ne doivent pas payer les frais d'inscription, mais seulement doivent payer le don minimum pour l'activité de plantation d'arbres, et les montants sont les suivants:

(1). Guest Team: 5-6 teams ( each team has 4 persons ) - on behalf of the honorable guests, governmental, entreprise's, insitutional and other celebrated representatives. （Remarks: Guest Teams are invited by the Committee only）
(2). Family & unit team: 7-8 teams ( each team has 4 persons ) - on behalf of the families, units and interesting persons to participate.
(3). Social and institutional society team: 9-10 teams ( each team has 10 persons ) - on behalf of the non-commercial, institutional, social and charity organisations to participate.
(4). Entreprise and company team: 9-10 teams ( each team has 10 persons ) - on behalf of the entreprises and companys to participate.

Participants are not required to pay the registration fees, but only have to pay the minimum donation fees for the tree planting activity, and the amounts are as follows:

( 註: 因名額所限，每個企業單位只能申請一隊企業代表隊[10人]參與。若欲申請超過多一隊參與，企業單位須成為贊助商方可獲安排，並視乎贊助級數而定，每個企業單位最多可獲安排五隊[50人]的名額參與。　查詢可致電郵至 info@hkgnu.org / pr@hkgnu.org 或致電 67782670 / 56814244 )

(Remarque: en raison de places limitées, chaque unité d'entreprise ne peut s'appliquer que pour une équipe d'entreprise [10 personnes] à participer. Si l'on applique plus d'une équipe impliquée dans les unités d'entreprise, ils sont nécessaires pour devenir un parain, en fonction de la mise à niveau de parrainage, chaque unité d'entreprise peut être au maximum de dispositions pour cinq équipes [50 personnes] à y participer. (Note: due to limited places, each entreprise and business unit can only apply for one entreprise and company team [10 persons] to participate. Applications to more than one team involved in the entreprise and business units are required to become as a sponsor, depending on the sponsorship levelling, each entreprise and business unit can be maximum arranged for up to five teams [50 persons] to participate.
