(1). 樹木護理及種植日活動簡介會將於2014年4月22日(星期二)在香港城市大學舉行(地點待定)，參與者或義工可自由選擇或派代表參與。 (活動物資將於05月04日活動當天於集合地點派發)

(2). 如遇活動當天天氣欠佳，屆時活動將改於2014年05月11日(星期日)舉行。此天暫定為後備日，如有需要以再作公佈為準。

(3). 籌款表格及款項可最遲於05月01日或之前遞交。

(4). 4月1日始將向各已報名之申請人士以電郵方式向各隊隊長或代表確認其申請，成功確認之參加者名單將於4月中上載，若收不到確認電郵者，可發電郵至 info@hkgnu.org 要求再次確認。

(5). 各工作人員及義工須於上午十時左右到達開幕場地作準備。

(6). 各嘉賓及參加者須於活動當天下午一時半前抵達接待處報到。

2011年4月9日 - 國際百萬森林計劃亞太區代表在臺北和上海召開記者招待會，會上提及 "這次活動除了獲得聯合國環境署(UNEP)發動及支持，也是世界地球日組織總部的重要活動之一，全球將有超過一百個城市在未來一個月中一起種下100萬顆樹；透過這次活動除了能展現企業的社會責任，也希望用愛讓土地復活，一起把美麗還給地球。"

　2014年05月04日，我們代表香港分區肩負起了這個任務，希望我們香港人也一同參與這國際盛事，為擔起國際事務不遺餘力！05月04日，活動中見！

(1) Une introduction de l'activité de reboisement d'arbres aura lieu le 22 avril 2014 ( mardi ) à l'université de CITYU, les participants ou des bénévoles sont disponibles de choisir ou d'envoyer des représentants pour participer. ( Les matériaux d'activité se tiendront le 04 mai de 2014 sur le site )

(2) Dans le cas l'activité de la journée a mauvais temps, lorsque l'activité changera le 11 mai de 2014 (dimanche). Cette journée est prévue comme le jour de rechange, si nécessaire, pour faire l'annonce en outre prevaudra.

(3) Les formes de don et les paiement peuvent être soumis au plus tard le 01 mai de 2014.

(4), Le 1 avril commençant d'indiquer la disponiblité d'inscription aux candidats qui se sont inscrits, pour e-mail au capitaines d'équipe ou de ses représentants afin de confirmer leur application, si l'on est reçu moins d'un email de confirmation, pouvez-vous nous envoyer un mél via info@hkgnu.org .

(5) Tous les personnels au sol et les bénévoles sont nécessaires pour atteindre le lieu de la réception avant 10:00 heures pour les préparations.

(6) Tous les invités, participants deviennent arriver la réception avant 13:30 heures pour l'enregistrement

Le 04 mai 2014, nous représentons la ville de Hong Kong de partager cette tâche, nous espèrons que nous, les habitants de Hong Kong, peuvent participer à cet événement international à prendre sur les affaires internationales de n'epargner aucun effort! Le 04 mai de 2014, nous aurons un rendez-vous là-bas!

(1) An introduction talk of trees conservation and planting event will be held on 22 April 2014 ( Tuesday ) at City University of Hong Kong, participants or volunteers are free to choose or to send representatives to participate. ( The activity's materials will be distributed on 04 May 2014 )

(2) In case of bad weather on the activity's day, then it will be changed to be held on 11 May 2014 (Sunday). This day is tentatively scheduled for back-up spare day, further announcement shall be made if necessary.

(3) Fund-raising / donation forms and payment can be submitted on or before 01 May 2014.

(4), On 1 April 2014, we will send emails to all team leaders and their representatives to confirm their applications are successfully identified, and the list will be uploaded in the middle of April. If one received less than a confirmation, send an email to info@hkgnu.org to require confirmation again.

(5) All staff and volunteers are required to arrive the venue of reception at around 10:00 for preparation and morning briefing on 04 May 2014.

(6) All guests, participants are required to arrive our reception for checking-in on or before 13:30 on 04 May 2014.

On 04th May, 2014, we will carry out this mission, and we hope that the people of Hong Kong can participate in this international event and affairs! On 04 May 2014, see you all during the event!
