「百萬森林計劃紀念郵票」是「國際百萬森林計劃」香港區委員會的教育推廣伴手禮（手信）之一。「百萬森林」計劃 ( Million Trees / Forest Project, Million Trees / Forest Network ) [ Projet des arbres de million / de million d'arbres ] ，是一個最初由聯合國環境署為首成立的全球網絡，目的在抗沙漠化、綠化造林、推動環境可持續發展的項目。2009年設立，香港在2010年承諾加入並履行項目的任務。

"Les timbres commemoratifs" de "Projet et reseau mondial de million d'arbres - HONG KONG", est un souvenir pour promouvoir les "le projet et le reseau mondial de million d'arbres - Hong Kong". Ce projet etait un reseau mondial d'abord cree et dirige par PNUE - Programme des Nations Unies pour l'Environnement, vise a contre la desertification, faire le reboisement, la promotion de projets respectueux de l'environnement et de developpement durable, et cetera. Etablie depuis 2009 et la Region de Hong Kong a accepte de faire l'engagement a rejoindre les taches du projet depuis 2010.

"Million Trees (Forest) Commemorative stamps – Hong Kong" is a souvenir to promote the "International Million Trees ( Forest ) Project and Network in Hong Kong. The "Million Trees (Forest)" Project and Network [Projet des arbres de million / de million d'arbres], is a global network initially set up and headed by the United Nations Environment Programme's, aims at anti-desertification, afforestation, promoting environmentally sustainable development projects etc. Established since 2009 and the Hong Kong Region agreed to fulfill the commitment to join the project tasks since 2010.

2014年版的「香港區百萬森林計劃紀念郵票」一共有兩個特別圖案，如上圖：左邊的為一個心形包圍著樹木，代表著各參加植樹及樹木護理的工作人員均本著愛心來進行該工作，種植時以愛心，種植後的護理更需要愛心，生生不息。右邊的為一棵樹正在不斷的成長，枝葉開始茂盛，喻為十年樹木，百年樹人的意思；這圖與左邊的首尾呼應著，意味著以愛心及努力去建立及保護森林，最終能使森林重新開枝散葉。
"Les timbres commemoratifs en 2014" de "Projet et reseau mondial de million d'arbres - HONG KONG", ils existent deux modeles speciaux, comme indique ci-dessus: sur la gauche est un arbre environne par un coeur, qui veut dire que les participants et les personnels font du reboisement, de la plantation et des soins d'arbres par leurs esprits d'amour sur ce travail, aux soins d'amour lors de la plantation d'arbres, apres la plantation d'arbres, c’est plus essentiel des soins d’amour, c’est interminable. Sur la droite, ca veut dire que l’arbre ne cesse jamais de croitre, une vegetation luxuriante a commence; ce dessin est suivant a la gauche, ce qui signifie que l’on peut prendre ses soins d’amour et ses efforts pour retablir et proteger notre foret, puis eventuellement si florissante a nouveau notre foret.

"Million Trees (Forest) Commemorative stamps in 2014 – Hong Kong" - There are two special patterns, as shown above: on the left hand side is a tree surrounded by a heart-shaped figure, means the trees planting and trees care carried out by the participants and the staff by the spirit of love, executing endlessly. On the right hand side, a tree is constantly growing, lush foliage; this design is linking with the left hand side one, which means using the love and effort to establish and protect our forest, and eventually to flourish our forest again.
